Its products only use natural ingredients, 100% vegetable origin, and contains no artificial colourings or preservatives. Dr Andrés Gaviño, the founder of the company and a paediatrician by profession, is well aware of the importance of a healthy diet. He considered this indispensable, considered this characteristic indispensable in the products he produced and marketed.

The passion of this small but impeccable dairy products workshop is cheeses, which are made with raw goat milk from the native Sevillian flowery breed of grazing livestock and exclusively use ferments from their own milk.

Production of meat and poultry products

This is a traditional family cheese factory founded in 2016 and located in the San José Farm in Cazalla de la Sierra. They have their own herd of goats of the Florida breed and make cheese with fresh milk, without colourings and preservatives and with a natural edible rind.

In 2003, the beekeeper Reyes Martín, known as “La Alameña”, set up her own company to harvest, package and sell honey. Since she controls the whole process, there is no question that this homemade honey is 100% pure. Furthermore, the production is limited, as she has less than 900 beehives.

This oil mill was founded in 1961. There was another private oil mill in the town, as well as several smaller ones in nearby farms. Over time, these mills gradually disappeared due to new technologies and market demands, leaving only the Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Oleícola Coripeña. It currently has more than 600 members.
