Seville enchants

The Harinera, flour mill, is situated at the end of a large triangular landscaped area. The building is particularly beautiful, despite its architectural style, which is typical of the first industrial buildings erected. A three-storey, rectangular factory with an elongated and narrow floor plan.

The Olive Oil Museum of La Puebla de Cazalla opened in 2010. It is located in the former mill at the Hacienda la Fuenlonguilla from 1858. This Museum offers a tour of the age-old process of extracting “liquid gold”. The visit includes the former mill, its oil press, the grooves in which the earthenware oil vessels were placed, the vessels themselves and 32 information panels.

This guide is a journey through the lands of this important crop and the traditional gastronomy it generates: rice dishes with duck from the marshes, with red crab, with partridge, with shrimps... A guide to carry in your pocket, in your glove compartment or in your rucksack, which will help you to enjoy any area of the Sevillian villages that offer us all this richness.

As a tourist attraction, we cannot overlook the gastronomy; Seville combines tradition and the avant-garde through its cuisine and its raw materials. Because Seville is also full of flavour, it is full of local products that have been satisfying tasters for centuries.

We offer a delicious tour of the province following the aroma of one of the most emblematic gastronomic products of the territory: sweets.

This guide takes us on a journey through the past and present of this product from Estepa, as well as through the companies that belong to the Protected Geographical Indication 'Mantecados y polvorones de Estepa', which certifies the quality that makes these sweets unique in the world.

This event was declared an Andalusian Festival of Tourist Interest.

The Fiesta del Verdeo serves as a symbol in that it kick-starts the table olive harvesting season, known as “verdeo”. The name comes from the fact that the valuable olives are harvested when they are not yet fully mature and have a characteristic green colour.
