Isidro Maldonado Espinosa began his career in the world of horses at the early age of 15. Coming from a humble family linked to the equestrian world, it was his father, Manuel, who began working as a rider, later being joined by his three children.
Completely self-taught, they founded their riding school and began breaking in horses, soon making a name for themselves in the equestrian world thanks to their skills and perseverance. What started out as field dressage developed into academy dressage and cowboy dressage. Isidro stood out in the latter discipline in the 80's, being runner-up in Andalusia in 1982.
In the year 2000, Isidro took on the responsibility of training the team of the Centro de Tecnificación at the request of the Andalusian Federation. Isidro's work was decisive in obtaining great results at a national level and, as a result, Andalusian young riders began to participate in International Competitions and European Championships, among whom the Naaesgard brothers and Gustavo Artillo stand out.
