Tierra Savia Wineries is a winemaking project

Tierra Savia Wineries is a winemaking project started in 2013 by two young people from Cazalla de la Sierra, the agricultural engineer Jose Antonio Acosta and the architect Pedro Cano.

The winery is covered by the Protected Geographical Indication "Vinos de la Tierra de la Sierra Norte de Sevilla", and the facilities where these mild, natural, organic wines are produced are located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by vineyards.

The Tierra Savia project's unique way of approaching winemaking lies in paying special attention to the care and ripening of the grapes, harvesting them by hand at the most appropriate time. To achieve the maximum expression of the terroir, the vineyard is managed organically, conserving biodiversity and improving soil structure.
