Miura Distillery


In 1996, Destilería Cazalla, S.A., a company based in Cazalla de la Sierra and specialised in the production of aniseed spirits and Miura Cherry Creams, joined the Caballero Group.

They produce an exquisite liqueur made according to the traditional recipe of the old Diezmos Monastery in Cazalla de la Sierra, Seville, with wild cherries carefully macerated in an excellent aniseed spirit distilled in centuries-old stills.

Description of the tour

During the tour of the distillery you will be able to see the traditional "los alambiques" (stills) distillation process and fruit maceration tanks, and conclude with a tasting of Dry Anise, Sweet Anise and Miura Liqueurs.
