The Living Parade of Guillena is the only one of its kind in the province of Seville. It is a festival of tourist interest in Andalusia and is also considered one of the 5 best parades in Spain.

The night of January 5th is a very special occasion in this town just 15 minutes from Seville. There are biblical scenes representing Jesus' childhood in which the individuals representing the characters remain motionless during the three hours the parade lasts. The scenes faithfully recreate the life, customs and traditions of Jesus' time.

It features 12 traditional biblical passages in addition to the float of the Star (the object of great expectation in the town; both the float and the Star's dress are kept secret until the last minute), the children's floats and the Three Kings, who always hand out large amounts of gifts and sweets to the children's delight. The procession is made up of a total of 18 floats. It is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular and unique parades in the community of Andalusia, highly recommended for all audiences.
