Bodegas Góngora is located in Villanueva del Ariscal, Seville, in the Aljarafe region. This lies between the Guadalquivir and Guadiamar rivers, at an altitude of 160 metres above sea level. It is located 42 km from the coast, whose dominant winds, called "tides", give it its characteristic microclimate.

The company has grown over time to meet the demands of the market satisfactorily while incorporating new technology to guarantee its future.

Bodega González Palacios is a family-run winery founded in 1960 by Francisco González Palacios, a wine enthusiast and expert in local wines, who started the winery more as a hobby than a business.
