Seville enchants

Tierra Savia Wineries is a winemaking project started in 2013 by two young people from Cazalla de la Sierra, the agricultural engineer Jose Antonio Acosta and the architect Pedro Cano.

This is a traditional family cheese factory founded in 2016 and located in the San José Farm in Cazalla de la Sierra. They have their own herd of goats of the Florida breed and make cheese with fresh milk, without colourings and preservatives and with a natural edible rind.

In 2003, the beekeeper Reyes Martín, known as “La Alameña”, set up her own company to harvest, package and sell honey. Since she controls the whole process, there is no question that this homemade honey is 100% pure. Furthermore, the production is limited, as she has less than 900 beehives.

Production of meat and poultry products

Located in the heart of the Sierra Norte Natural Park, this company manufactures quality Iberian meat products.

The company manufactures and markets hams, cured meats, cold cuts, fresh meat, food products and beverages.

The olive-growing history of Hacienda Guzmán goes back more than six centuries, when Hernando Colón, the son of Christopher Columbus, exported the olive oil produced on this Hacienda to the Americas in the period following the discovery of America.
