In the heart of Osuna, this discreet alleyway takes the visitor to the picturesque quarter of La Rehoya. One of the most unique squares in the town –Plaza de la Asunción- is situated at the top of a steep slope, in the shadow of Osuna’s Collegiate Church. The remains of the urban wall that existed in Osuna during the Almohad period (12th century) can be seen on this street. This section of the wall, located between the Torre del Agua and the former Puerta de Granada, is where the road leading to Teba was located.
