Andalusian Gazpacho

The first Andalusian Gazpacho festival to take place in Morón de la Frontera was held on 31 August 1963. This festival consists of a cold dinner with gazpacho, an Andalusian dish that in summer becomes the most popular among the locals, and which combined with soleares, seguiriyas, tangos, martinetes, bulerías and other echoes of cante jondo, becomes a festival that will please the most demanding audience.
