An agricultural and residential estate of remote origin, it forms one of the most important and extensive groups of buildings in Alcalá de Guadaíra. It has numerous outdoor and indoor spaces to adapt the event to the existing weather conditions. Its maximum seating capacity is 10,000 people, with the Lagar being its largest hall, capable of seating around 500 people, and the Huerta de los Naranjos its largest open-air space, with the possibility of serving up to 3,000 diners.
