Herba Ricemills is a company specialised in the marketing of rice, especially for the Brillante, La Cigala and SOS brands. It belongs to the Ebro Foods group. The main plant is located in San Juan de Aznalfarache, although it has other plants in different parts of the Aljarafe, such as Coria del Río and Puebla del Río, as well as in other parts of Spain. Herba operates in 40 countries, having its origin in Arrocerías Herba, founded in San Juan de Aznalfarache in 1963 by the Hernández Barrera family.

Ebro Foods currently has seven industrial plants in strategic locations close to the growing area. Most of these plants are located in the western part of Andalusia, more specifically around the mouth of the River Guadalquivir in San Juan de Aznalfarache, Coria, Isla Mayor and Jerez. These factories process the rice obtained from the 39,000 hectares of rice fields in Seville and the 23,000 hectares of rice fields in Badajoz.

The mission of this group is to research, create, produce and market high value-added foods that, in addition to meeting the nutritional needs of society, improve its welfare and health.
