Doñana stretches across a vast plain between Seville and the Atlantic Ocean. Sun, air, water and mud are the protagonists for hundreds of kilometres around this enormous and uninhabited geological basin, the history of an Andalusia eroded, transported and sedimented here over millions of years.

In the vicinity of the Doñana National Park, Rancho El Rocío offers unrivalled surroundings and facilities for holding any type of social or business event. The estate has halls seating up to 1,500 people, and a bullring and covered riding arena for up to 2,000. It also has a riding arena and offers equestrian and bullfighting shows to its guests.

The Shrine takes its name from the patron saint of the town, San Sebastian. Nonetheless, there are documents from 1635 that show that this chapel belonged to the Count-Duke of Olivares. The date of construction is unknown, although it is believed to have been in the 17th century.
