This document seeks to be a tool that tourism professionals can use to access in a direct and rigorous manner the numerousattractions that make the province of Seville a favourite destination for travellers.

70 hectares of high-altitude chalky soils and vines with Pedro Jiménez and Garría Fina grape varieties, which produce classic wines, such as mosto, as well as the most innovative wines, all very high quality.

The brand "El Clavel" was founded in 1896 in Cazalla de la Sierra, a town of whitewashed houses surrounded by holm and cork oaks in the middle of the Sierra Norte of Seville. It has become a household name, among other things, thanks to the universal fame of its spirits, which have included our famous Anis del Clavel since 1896.

This winery, founded in 1930, is located in the Seville’s Sierra Morena, in the renovated winery of the same name, now transformed into a "French model winery". On its wine estate, La Purísima Concepción (17th century), varieties of grapes not native to the region of Andalusia have been planted, with the advice of oenology professionals.

This family-owned company specialises in the production of “tortas de aceite” and traditional confectionery products, based on the Mediterranean diet.  Upita de los Reyes products are characterised by the quality of their raw materials: extra virgin olive oil, 100% pure honey, Condado de Huelva PDO wine, spices and natural flavourings.

Tour with wine tasting, tapas, lunch and explanation of the production process.

Los Alcores de Carmona is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Andalusia. Its name is related to the discovery of America, when Seville became one of the main ports for the exchange of goods between Spain and the New World.
