Cascadas del Hueznar

Seville enchants

There is little literature about the works of Juan Ruiz Florindo. Most works have been identified by characteristics that are specific to this master-builder. This house was built between 1730 and 1740 for the Fernández de Peñaranda family. The viewpoint with baroque elements ties in well with the portal, considered one of the most beautiful in the province of Seville.

The Marquisate of the Peña de los Enamorados is a Spanish noble title created by King Carlos II in 1679 for Jerónimo Francisco de Rojas y Rojas, son of the 3rd Lord of the Peña de los Enamorados. Its name refers to the Peña de los Enamorados, located in the Andalusian municipality of Antequera, in the province of Malaga.

This museum is located in the former Hospital de la Caridad, next to the San Sebastián Church. It consists of thematic rooms that illustrate the developments in the baroque-style typical of Fuentes de Andalucía. This new exhibition space is one of the most expressive and unique in Andalusia.
