Heir to the founder of the goldsmith's shop, Ramón León, he began working as an apprentice at the age of 10. At the beginning of the 1980s he became independent and set up his workshop in Triana, starting his work as a solo silversmith.

This well-known and prestigious goldsmith's workshop seeks to relieve the decline of this business and to highlight the merits and artistic efforts of a guild that has been responsible for training craftsmen and our traditions since its origins.

His works include works for the Botherhood of Los Gitanos, San Bernardo, the Estrella de Sevilla, the Botherhood of Santa Ana de Dos Hermanas and the Botherhood of La Veracruz de los Palacios, among others.

It was awarded the Demófilo Prize for a permanent work of art in 2002.
