This factory has been producing Iberian pork products in a traditional way since 1920 and maintains the production process that makes its products so unique and of such high quality. Thanks to over 90 years' experience with pigs, they have learned how to improve the production process of Iberian products, while maintaining the principle of preserving the flavour of the product of yesteryear, which has earned them much praise both in Spain and abroad.
Thus, both their seasoning and the curing process in the cellar are done in a completely traditional way. In addition, thanks to the air of the Sierra, all their products are cured in a totally natural and optimal way.
They also engage in the breeding of the Iberian pig in their oak groves on the La Padrona and Puerto Padrón estates, both of which are located in the Sierra Norte Natural Park in Seville, an area of rugged mountains rich in Mediterranean scrub.
Reception of the group and tour of the facilities accompanied and guided by a professional in the field who will explain everything about the Iberian pig: breeding, fattening and slaughter, production, distribution and sales processes.
