The Padre Martín Recio Archaeological Museum in Estepa (Seville) is located in what was the Estepa’s prison. The Padre Martín Recio Archaeological Museum houses objects found across the region dating from the Palaeolithic to the Middle Ages.

It consists of two rooms and an upper gallery. Perhaps the most remarkable object is a Sleeping Eros from the second quarter of the 2nd century AD.

The museum is home to items from different periods, including Prehistoric and protohistoric: stone tools, pottery and metal elements; Roman: epigraphs, pottery, constructive and votive offerings; Paleochristian and Visigoth periods: bricks decorated with religious emblems; and, Islamic period: remains of ceramics with different designs.
