The Casa de la Cultura is housed in the former Jesuit convent. It leverages the ample space available in the convent complex with its large central cloister and rooms around it.

The cloister is accessed directly from the street. The offices are located opposite the entrance. The more important rooms are used as the Assembly Hall, a space for all kinds of activities organised by the City Council, the Municipal Library and the School of Music. It also houses the Guadalinfo Centre.

The Casa de la Cultura has a rolling programme of activities, making it undoubtedly a cultural centre of relevance for the city. It houses temporary exhibitions and different kinds of events throughout the year, including concerts, training courses and seminars.
