The Gelves Marina is located three kilometres upstream from the fork towards the lock gate in Seville. Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the Atlantic Ocean are only 89 kilometres downstream. The sailor can access the marina without crossing any locks or bridges and enjoy a magnificent natural environment populated with native bird species. Most of this avifauna live protected in Doñana, one of Europe’s most important natural parks.
Port Gelves can accommodate more than 300 vessels and has become the most important wintering port in our community.
Additionally to its own services, Puerto Gelves also offers other services, including a sailing school that provides recreational and professional sailing degrees.
Puerto Gelves also has a year-round, second-hand market where marine businesses operate.
