The workshop consists of auxiliary craftworkers led by a monitor who coordinates all the tasks involved in the process of making the mosaic. With the learning of this technique, it is possible to obtain mosaics that are very similar to those made by the Romans.

Tierra Savia Wineries is a winemaking project started in 2013 by two young people from Cazalla de la Sierra, the agricultural engineer Jose Antonio Acosta and the architect Pedro Cano.

In 1996, Destilería Cazalla, S.A., a company based in Cazalla de la Sierra and specialised in the production of aniseed spirits and Miura Cherry Creams, joined the Caballero Group.

It is a neighbours' courtyard transformed into a space for creative craftsmanship that combines avant-garde with tradition. In this space, some people perform their works on demand, while others devote themselves to selling their creations in this space.

This is a small family handmade cheese business that has decided to continue making the same product as it did two generations ago: Florida goat cheese prepared with raw milk. The milk they use to make the "Quesos Aguilar" goat cheese comes from the El Real de la Jara in the Sierra Norte of Seville, where the livestock grazes in freedom.
