The centre is devoted to the history of Cazalla de la Sierra and its famous wines and spirits. The importance of this industry in local development is discovered through a variety of panels, objects and multimedia devices. Its ethnographic value is enhanced by successive temporary exhibitions on specific aspects of Cazalla, such as mycology, bird life and the town’s traditional trades.

The Market Garden Interpretation Centre presents the town's ancient horticultural tradition.

This centre focuses on the historical interpretation of the remains of the city found atop the Cerro de San Cristóbal from the 9th to 5th century BC. These remains of the first settlements in this municipality are kept in the museum for further study.

The Nuevas Poblaciones de Cañada Rosal Interpretation Centre is located in the municipally-owned farm known as “La Suerte”. This centre is an essential reference point for gaining insight into the unique historical circumstances in the 18th century that made possible the arrival of European settlers, primarily Germans, to the heart of Andalusia to transforms wastelands into lively towns.

Part of the Roman villa of Osset Iulia Constantia, specifically several walls that could have belonged to a storage structure next to a wall that was built in San Juan and that was a strategic control point of the trade between Híspalis and the Aljarafe, was discovered in this municipality during the works of the Seville metro.

The Interpretation Centre, which houses a wall painting of the old Andalusian castle, offers a tour on which the natural and cultural heritage of Guillena is revealed.

This museum is located in the former Hospital de la Caridad, next to the San Sebastián Church. It consists of thematic rooms that illustrate the developments in the baroque-style typical of Fuentes de Andalucía. This new exhibition space is one of the most expressive and unique in Andalusia.
