Dolores’ Garden. Behind the church, a retired local, Dolores Carrasco, takes care of a beautiful garden as if it were her own, and the city council, in gratitude for her work, has named it after her.

In 1931, the company Canalización y Fuerzas del Guadalquivir commissioned Javier de Winthuysen –a renowned landscaper and painter- the landscaping of the Hydroelectric Power Station.

The Hacienda de Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios is a landed estate typical of Seville’s Aljarafe. Given that the Hacienda was used for agricultural activities, it required a specific type of building and quarters that have been preserved in perfect condition.

The Hacienda de Santa Ana, built on the site of a modest farmhouse, has the typical architecture of the Aljarafe Alto estates in the province of Seville. Located in Fuente Street, this is the most significant architectural and heritage building in Tomares. It is now the Town Hall. It also serves as the hub for Tomares’ social and cultural life.
