Arahal is a fundamental cornerstone of flamenco in the province of Seville. The Flamenco Festival, Al gurugú', Memorial Niña de los Peines, takes place every year in June. The “verde que te quiero verde” award is presented at this festival.

The Festival de Cante Jondo is one of the oldest festivals in the province of Seville.

The Gutiérrez Alba Theatre offers a wide and diverse programme for all audiences, from January to June and September to December.

The building was inaugurated in 1912. It is currently undergoing rehabilitation to continue hosting the cultural and scenic activities of the municipality.

The building was designed by the architect Miguel Fisac. Architecturally avant-garde, it is designed and structured around a system of cubes, using white concrete slabs, reminiscent of the whitewashed houses of Castilblanco de los Arroyos. It was inaugurated on 18 February 2003.
